The 3 bedroom unit occupies the first floor of the house. It consists of:

• an open living area
• large dining area that can easily seat 8
• a newly installed (2009) kitchen
• 2 guest rooms (one with Queen bed, one with two twins)
• a new (2009) full bath.

The unit opens to the pool terrace where there is a separate entrance to the studio apartment. The studio features a full kitchen, queen size sleeper sofa, full bath, and it's own Dish Network connection with new flat screen TV and XBox 360 game system. The unit also has full access to the upstairs covered porches and terraces.
